DRIVER POLICY

QuenioPlus Driver Policy & Service Agreement

Effective Date: 1/3/2026

1. Nature of Service

QuenioPlus provides dispatch services only.

We:

• Search and negotiate loads

• Communicate with brokers

• Handle paperwork coordination

We do NOT:

• Control driver schedules

• Provide fuel

• Provide insurance

• Manage equipment

2. Commission Structure

Dispatch fees are agreed upon prior to service.

Typical structure:

• Percentage per load (e.g., 5–10%)

Fees are deducted per agreement.

3. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must:

• Maintain active insurance

• Maintain legal operating authority

• Communicate clearly

• Submit POD (Proof of Delivery)

• Comply with DOT regulations

• Respect broker agreements

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed according to:

• Broker payment schedule

• Factoring agreement (if applicable)

QuenioPlus is not responsible for broker non-payment.

5. Load Acceptance

Drivers have the right to accept or decline loads.

Once accepted, drivers are fully responsible for:

• On-time pickup

• Safe delivery

• Communication with dispatch

6. Termination

QuenioPlus may terminate services if:

• Repeated service failures

• Fraudulent activity

• Insurance lapse

• Non-communication

7. Limitation of Liability

QuenioPlus is not liable for:

• Accidents

• Mechanical failures

• Cargo damage

• Fines or penalties

• Broker disputes

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
