QuenioPlus Driver Application Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements
To apply with QuenioPlus, drivers must:

Be 21+ years old

Possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License

Operate under an EIN (No Sole Proprietor / Single Member LLC)

Have active MC & DOT (if applicable)
-
Maintain active commercial insurance
-
Submit a valid W9 Form
We do not work with individual tax classification sole proprietors.
2. Application Review Process
Applications are reviewed within 24–72 business hours.
We verify:

Authority status
-
Insurance coverage
-
Tax classification
-
Compliance history
Submission does NOT guarantee approval.
3. Background & Compliance
QuenioPlus reserves the right to:

Conduct background verification
-
Check safety records
-
Verify insurance status
-
Deny applications based on compliance concerns
4. Independent Contractor Status
Drivers approved by QuenioPlus operate as Independent Contractors.
QuenioPlus:

Does not employ drivers
-
Does not provide equipment
-
Does not guarantee minimum income
5. Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate rejection or termination.
6. Application Fees (if applicable)
If a processing fee is required, it will be clearly stated prior to submission.
